Carefully looking at the video, I noticed that the flag by the right side of the hangar was indicating that the wind was not only crossed, but there was a bit of a tail wind. Not only that the plane it won't slow down, if you keep trying to slow it down, you may loose lift and crash land. I would have tried approaching from the oposite end of the runway.

It looks like you had a bit of a tail wind. In the case of a crosswind, even though it was a tail dragger, lower the wing tip to the side that faces the wind, lower the nose, and rudder that thing in, once you touch down, keep the ailerons pointing towards the wind direction and stay on the rudder while applying the brakes. I know it sounds like a handful, but I would blast the rudder with engine throttle a couple of times while the touch down roll, to make sure you have rudder authority.

You kind of lost track of the path a few times and for some reason the camera/drone wasn't actually traveling along the centerline of the path, as half the video shows significant damage only on the left side of the screen. But nice attempt at getting some aerial video.
